How do I logon to change my company’s details? |

If your company already exists on the Retailfile site but your information is incorrect or incomplete please email your amended details to info@retailfile.com. We will then validate and update the information and issue you with a username and password. You are then free to make further amendments or upgrade your entry as required. |

If my company is not listed, how do I obtain an entry? |

It is very simple. On our home page please click on the ‘add your company’ button or the ‘advertise’ tab and follow the instructions. You will be asked to complete an information form and submit it to us for validation. We will then acknowledge your details via email. |

Can I change my entry once listed? |

Yes, quite simply. Once you are listed in the Retailfile Resource Guide you can change your information at any time by logging on to the Advertisers area. Certain information however, will only be activated when we have verified the details. |

We take pride in the fact that all information contained on the website is correct, current and relevant to the industry. If we allowed companies to register automatically we could be opening the door to possible abuse. |

We aim to get the majority of companies listed within 48 hours from request. However, during busy times this may take a little longer so please be patient. You will be notified via email once your listing has been accepted or, in exceptional circumstances, declined. |

It could be one or more of a number of reasons that will be highlighted in our email to you. However, if you feel we have declined you in error, (after all we are human!), then please send us an email to info@retailfile.com explaining why you feel we have made an error and we will respond promptly. |
